Product Overview:
1.1 The YCDS-001D CNC carbide roll forming grinder is specially designed and produced for grinding tungsten carbide roll rings. The machine has good rigidity, strong pertinence, easy use, high precision and good reliability. It is mainly used for rough grinding, semi-finishing grinding, fine grinding and spark-free grinding of the outer circle and R-hole groove of tungsten carbide roll rings for high-speed wire production.
1.2 The grinder adopts the German Siemens 808D advanced industrial CNC system and Siemens three-axis AC servo motor drive system, and is equipped with a mobile operating hand. It is easy to operate, stable in quality and reliable in performance.
1.3 The CNC system is designed with special program software for roll processing, which is easy to operate, easy to learn and understand.
1.4 Compared with non-CNC grinders, it has less human influence, has the characteristics of high machine precision, easy operation, good reliability, high degree of automation, and can greatly reduce the workload of workers.

● The system is equipped with a special roller ring processing program. According to the requirements of the roller ring, the processing mode is directly selected to realize the machine tool's automatic processing of the outer circle and hole groove of the tungsten carbide roller ring. It is logical.
● The program automatically memorizes the grinding wheel position during processing. The parameters are fully explained in Chinese. It can accurately complete the full CNC processing of the outer circle, single groove and double groove of the roller ring. Simple operation. No need for multiple tool alignment.
4. Good machine rigidity and high grinding efficiency
● All parts of the machine tool are designed as integral castings, with a net weight of 4.5 tons.
● The sliding closed guide rail can be used for large cutting depth grinding, effectively suppressing grinding vibration and ensuring high-efficiency and high-quality processing.
5. High spindle precision, good precision retention and long service life
● The spindle support adopts imported SKF or FAG double-row short cylindrical roller bearings.
● The spindle seal adopts a new gap-type labyrinth seal structure to effectively protect the journal from wear.
● The spindle drive adopts a load-unloading belt pulley structure to effectively improve the spindle's precision retention and the service life of the spindle and bearings.
6. The advantages of the steel self-centering roller ring clamp are obvious
● The roller ring clamp structure realizes one-button clamping. The clamping is convenient and reliable, and the hydraulic clamping saves time and effort.
● The roller ring clamp adopts a steel self-centering elastic expansion sleeve with large expansion volume and long service life.
