JX-GHK CNC Roll Ring Grinder

This machine is a CNC roller ring lathe, which consists of a bed, a spindle box, a tool holder, a main motor seat, a speed reduction mechanism, an automatic chip removal, a guide rail protection cover, etc. It is mainly used for the finishing of infinitely chilled spherical cast iron, high-speed steel and tungsten carbide roller rings with a maximum workpiece diameter of 500mm, a maximum workpiece length of 600mm, and a maximum workpiece weight of 800KG. It can perform finishing turning of the outer circle, end face and various hole profiles of the roller ring to achieve the effect of turning instead of grinding.

The machine tool adopts an L-shaped frame structure, which consists of bed, spindle box, slide and other basic parts, with stable organization and reasonable structural layout; the large parts of the machine tool adopt an integral inclined bed structure with thick ribs and closed frame structure, which has high rigidity and good vibration resistance. The bed, spindle box, slide and other basic parts all adopt HT300, with stable organization; the reasonable structural layout and the combination of reinforcing ribs ensure the high rigidity of the basic parts and the quality of the whole machine;

The 45° rectangular hard rail inclined bed form is adopted, which has strong vibration resistance; the guide rail surface adopts ultrasonic quenching, which has good wear resistance, and the moving parts can achieve micro-feeding to prevent creeping;
