YCK-500CH CNC thread milling machine is a machine tool specially designed and customized for the steel industry. Application scope and requirements of processing: Precision rib groove processing of high-speed steel rolls, carbide roll rings, tungsten carbide composite rolls and ordinary rolls (crescent grooves, contour ribs, etc.), the machine tool automatically cuts rolls with different rotation directions and arbitrary helix angles The crescent groove can be divided into equal (or unequal) divisions or spaces in the circumferential direction of the roll; it can automatically engrave product specifications, grades, trademarks and other marks on any position of the roll.
The full adoption of advanced CNC technology and processing programming software has relatively simplified the mechanical structure of the milling machine and reduced some mechanical transmission links. While reliability, flexibility and efficiency have been comprehensively improved, the amount of maintenance has been significantly reduced.
The milling machine adopts SIEMENS 808D 4-axis distributed computer numerical control system, equipped with the seller's professional roll milling machine automation control software and a roll milling machine graphical Chinese operation interface that is in line with human habits. It has an original dynamic simulation function of the roll milling machine milling and measurement process.
The four CNC drive axes of the milling machine are equipped with SIEMENS fully digitally controlled AC servo motors. Since the AC servo motors have the advantages of high precision, maintenance-free and strong environmental adaptability, the milling machine can work reliably for a long time under harsh on-site environmental conditions. .

The main bearings of the milling machine all use INA, FAG or NSK products.

Crescent groove forming function and milling method:

● Basic crescent groove forming function: The tool bar axis of the flying cutter milling machine and the workpiece (roller) rotary axis form a 90º angle with each other, the tool bar spindle axis is placed at the center of the roll ring groove, and the tool bar head is located on the plane perpendicular to the workpiece axis and the tool bar axis. When the machine tool is working, the tool bar spindle and the roll complete the interpolation rotation movement, and the tool bar axis performs the feed movement toward the center of the workpiece until the tool bar spindle axis reaches the required center of the projection arc of the roll ring groove transverse rib (crescent groove).
